Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries : Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus .

Shipping costs (including VAT) 

Domestic deliveries (Germany):  Domestic shipping costs are 4.99 euros for orders under 100 euros. Shipping is free for orders above this value. 

International deliveries : Shipping costs abroad are 9 euros. 

Delivery times 

Unless a different deadline is stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for international deliveries within 5 - 10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time. During busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday,...) delivery times may be up to twice as long.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

When paying by credit card  (without using a payment service provider),  your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
