If you don't like your order, you can simply return it via our customer account

Once we receive your return request, it may take several hours for us to send you your return label. Please be patient.

If you still haven't received a return label after 10 hours, please contact us using the contact form.

Will sold-out items be restocked and how long does this take?

Yes, we strive to make sold-out items available in the shop as quickly as possible. However, it may take up to three weeks for these items to become available again.

Didn't receive a confirmation email after your purchase? First, check your spam folder to see if the email is there. Otherwise, it may take 1-2 hours for your order to reach us. So please be patient.
