Retoure

If you don't like your order, you can simply return it via our returns portal. If you already have a customer account with us and have processed your order through it, you can alternatively return your items through your customer account.

Once we receive your return request, we will send you your return label. Don't worry if you don't receive it immediately after your request. We will, of course, try to process your return as quickly as possible, but it may take up to several hours for you to receive your return label.

Checkout problems

If you're having trouble checking out, try using a different payment method and make sure your item isn't out of stock. If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact us via our contact form or email us directly at info@25sev.com

Will sold-out items be restocked and how long does this take?

Yes, we strive to make sold-out items available in the shop as quickly as possible. However, it may take up to three weeks for these items to become available again.

Confirmation email

Didn't receive a confirmation email after your purchase? First, check your spam folder to see if the email is there. Otherwise, it may take 1-2 hours for your order to reach us. So please be patient.
